Employment Visas - H-1B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, TN, & O
People of Extraordinary Ability: Green card granted to foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, business or athletics, outstanding professors and researchers.
Executives / Managers of Multinational Companies: Green card granted to a foreign nationals who are executives or managers subject to international transfer to the United States employed by multinational company doing business in the United States.
Professionals: Green card granted to foreign nationals holding an advanced degree and/or of exceptional ability in science, art or business. This category is available to foreign nationals with a college degree or foreign equivalent.
Permanent Labor Certification: Process under which the US Department of Labor certifies that there are no minimally qualified U.S. workers willing and available to do a particular permanent work in the United States.

Asylum Petition
We represent foreign nationals on applications for asylum before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration Courts. We also represent those seeking refugee status, withholding of removal/deportation and (in exceptional cases) protection under the Convention Against Torture.

Waivers
We assist foreign nationals on applications for waivers (of grounds that would otherwise render them inadmissible in this country) before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Immigration Courts. We defend our clients possibility of obtaining their lawful permanent residence in this country through a Waiver.

Family Based Visas
Immediate Relatives of US Citizens: Green card granted to foreign nationals who are the spouses, children, or parents of a U.S. citizen.
Unmarried Sons/Daughters of U.S. Citizens: Green card granted to foreign nationals who are the unmarried sons and daughters (over 21 years old) of a U.S. citizen.
Spouses/Children of Lawful Permanent Residents: Green card granted to foreign nationals who are the spouses, children, or unmarried adult sons or daughters of a lawful permanent resident in the United States.
Married Sons/Daughters of U.S. Citizens: Green card granted to foreign nationals who are the married sons/daughters of U.S. citizens.

Deportation Defense

Applications for U.S. Citizenship: We represent lawful permanent residents on applications for naturalization who are seeking to become citizens of the United States. From typical cases to complex cases where the applicant may have some criminal background, we can help.
Appeals from Denials of U.S. Citizenship: We represent lawful permanent residents who have been denied naturalization; on requests for hearings before supervisory examiners and on petitions for review by a U.S. District Court.

Fiancé Visas
Issued to foreign nationals who are the fiancés of U.S. citizens. The foreign nationals arriving on K-1 status are required to apply for adjustment of status based on their marriages to the U.S. citizens.

Athletes and Entertainment Visas - P1, P2, & P3
We can assist you in obtaining P Visas in IRS different categories, be it P1, P2 or P3. These are for non-immigrants that will be coming to the US to perform in athletics or entertainment. P visa holders are generally admitted according to the duration of a specific competition, event or performance. Therefore, it is very important to have a detailed schedule of events. The longer the schedule of events the longer the admission will be.
